Important Dates:

Sunday, March 19 at 5 p.m.: Applications for the Season Reserved Time Lottery are due.


Tuesday, March 21 at 7 p.m.: Season Reserved Time Lottery drawing will be held at the Wilmette Golf Club.


Season Reserved Time play begins the weekend of April 29-30, and continues through Sunday, September 10.

2017 Season Reserved Time Lottery Phases

Phase I
To qualify for participation in Phase I of the Season Reserved Time Lottery, all members of the applying foursome must be Resident Wilmette Golf Club Members who have purchased the Gold Membership Option, or qualified Non-Residents (grandfathered in) who have purchased the Gold Membership Option.

Phase II
To qualify for participation in Phase II of the Season Reserved Time Lottery, the applying foursome must contain three (3) Resident Wilmette Golf Club Members who have purchased the Gold Membership Option and one (1) Non-Resident Wilmette Golf Club Member who has purchased the Gold Membership Option.

Phase III
To qualify for participation in Phase III of the Season Reserved Time Lottery, the applying foursome must contain two (2) Resident Wilmette Golf Club Members who have purchased the Gold Membership Option and  two (2) Non-Resident Wilmette Golf Club Members who have purchased the Gold Membership Option.

Phase IV
To qualify for participation in Phase IV of the Season Reserved Time Lottery, the applying foursome must contain one (1) Resident Wilmette Golf Club Member who has purchased the Gold Membership Option and  three (3) Non-Resident Wilmette Golf Club Members who have purchased the Gold Membership Option.

Phase V
To qualify for participation in Phase V of the Season Reserved Time Lottery, the applying foursome must contain four (4) Non-Resident Wilmette Golf Club Members who have purchased the Gold Membership Option.


Lottery Procedure 2017

  • On Tuesday, March 21, at 7 p.m., Phase I of the Lottery will begin. Applications containing the names of four Resident Wilmette Golf Club Members who have purchased the Gold Membership Option, or qualified Non-Residents (grandfathered in) who have purchased the Gold Membership Option, are placed in a tumbler, drawn at random and numbered.
  • Following the first drawing, Phase I applicants will select a Reserved Tee Time for Saturday or Sunday in the order their application was drawn. One person from each application must be present or send a proxy in his/her place. This procedure will continue until all five lottey phases are completed.
  • Due to the multiple lottery phases, teams are limited to 72.
  • If we are oversold it is possible that you will not be able to pick a tee time. In this case a full refund will be given.
  • The remaing morning starting times will be open times available to members for reservation by telephone or online booking seven (7) days in advance.
  • Cancellation Policy: Reserved Time Lottery Players who are unable to play in their scheduled lottery time must cancel at least two (2) hours before their scheduled tee time or they will be subject to a $10 "no show fee."
  • Foursomes repeatedly failing to play at the established rate of play as determined by the Keep Pace Policy will be subject to forfeiture of reserved starting time.
  • All Season Reserved Time Applications must contain a complete foursome.
  • Members may obtain only one reserved time per week.
  • Names may appear on only one application.
  • One member of each foursome must be present at the drawing or a proxy may be sent.

 The Wilmette Park District reserves the right to reject any application for reasons it deems necessary. Rejected applicant's fees will be promptly refunded.
