Registrations received by this deadline are entered into a computerized lottery which fills classes in random order and generates a wait list. Note: Each person's chances are the same as long as registrations are received before the lottery deadline. If you E-mail or fax your registration you must include credit card information. The Registration Fax number is 847/256-0739. After 9 a.m., Friday, March 21, all resident and non-resident registrations will be processed as received.

The Wilmette Park District reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel the participation of any individual in a program, event or facility, for disruptive behavior if the continued participation of that individual is considered not to be in the best interest of the participant or others who are involved.
Our Policy on Confirmation Cards

As a courtesy, the Wilmette Park District mails registrants a postcard confirming registration status. We often hear that some of you have not received your cards. In many cases, we hear that the card is misplaced once it reaches your home. If you do not receive a confirmation card before the start date listed in the Leisure Time Guide, it is your responsibility to contact the Wilmette Park District before your first class to verify your registration status. Please call 847/256-6100 and a Wilmette Park District staff member will be happy to check your registration for you.
Should you receive a postcard stating that you are on a wait list, please feel free to give us a call regarding other class times that may be available.
