1) The meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m.

2) The Committee approved the minutes of the May 22, 2010 Committee meeting by General Consent.

3) Tom Bonnie asked if any written procedures had been developed to address patron who use the blue flags indicating that the individual has a physical disability.  Mike Matchen stated this issue is addressed by the starter when a blue flag is provided to the patron. Tom Bonnie pointed out he had asked several starters about this and they were not aware of the procedures. Mike stated he would follow-up on the matter.

4) Dennis Callaghan reported total rounds are at 16,625 which is up 2,654 at this time last year. Memberships stand at 567 which is down slightly from 574 recorded last year at this time.
The OGC held the annual Spring Fling on June 8 but because of bad weather only 9 holes were played. The Healy Classic will be held on July 8 with a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start. The Family Golf night will be held on July 18 from 3 to 6 p.m. Dennis also reported that he has 80 outings scheduled with 60 confirmed for the season.

 Mike Matchen reported that since June 1 there have been 18 of 26 days with measurable precipitation and over 5 inches of rain as of yesterday. Currently, the wet conditions have not had a strong impact on play and there are over four miles of rope cording off the wet areas. Mike stated that all the sand traps have been inventories noting the depth and condition of sand.
