Tennis Club Will Be Closed May 16 & 17

The Wilmette Tennis Club facility and Pro Shop will be closed Thursday, May 16, and Friday, May 17, due to construction noise as crews continue repair work to building damage triggered by heavy rainstorms in mid-April.

Permanent court times that had extended play on May 16 and 17 are cancelled. Junior Basic classes (Tiny Hitters through Intermediate III) that are currently running indoors will also be cancelled.

Adult Drills scheduled for indoors will be moved outdoors. Junior Excellence classes scheduled for indoors will also be moved outdoors. The Wilmette Tennis Club staff will contact participants in lessons that are being moved outdoor with instructions on where to meet.

Regular Season Hours

Monday-Thursday: 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Friday: 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Saturday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Sunday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The facility will close 30 minutes after the final court change

Wilmette Tennis Club

The Wilmette Tennis Club has eight indoor courts, locker rooms and a Pro Shop. Play is by reservation and can be booked as a Tennis Club member or non-member. Permanent court times are selected through a Permanent Court Time Lottery.
