Age 1-2 and 2-4 w/Adult
This interactive class has everyone on their feet! We all learn together while engaging in active, creative, music-based activities while using rhythm instruments and movement props. All class procedures are designed to keep staff and students safe. Activities are age-appropriate by class and include songs and rhymes, rhythm and coordination, fine and gross motor, imagination and sensory, listening and following directions skills. Sing, dance, play, learn and imagine with us! Wednesday mornings

[Chicago Loves Dance]
Age 5-12

Learn cheers, poms routines and beginning-level stunts in this fun, energetic class! Each season brings a fresh set of activities to enjoy. Tuesday evenings

[Chicago Loves Dance]
Age 5-8 and 9-13
Under the creative direction of skilled Chicago Loves Dance breakdancers, students learn choreography and poses to show off their creativity in freestyle sessions and more. The last day of class is parent watch day, when dancers perform to show off their new talents. Tuesday afternoons/evenings

[Chicago Loves Dance]
Age 4-11 w/Adult
We supply the mats; all you need to do is come ready for some yoga and stretch! Under the creative direction of skilled yoga instructors who have designed this class for the comfort level of both you and your child, we learn poses, movements, stretches and, most importantly, spend quality time together. A parent is not mandatory; any adult/guardian is welcome to attend with your child. Only one adult per child, please. Add an additional child to the class for $40. No class: October 5. Sunday mornings or Wednesday afternoons

[Chicago Loves Dance]
Age 6-11
We supply the mats; all you need to do is come ready for some yoga and stretch! In this class, kids learn beginning yoga movement, poses, terms and yoga-based games to make learning fun. Thursday afternoons

[Chicago Loves Dance]
Age 13-16

This class is specifically designed for teenagers. Aside from its physical benefits, yoga teaches teens techniques to cope with the unique issues and stress they face daily. Yoga can help boost self-esteem and confidence, plus, it's a fun activity to do with peers! We supply the yoga mats. No class: October 5. Wednesday afternoons


[Amazing Minds]
Age 5-8
Sharpen your academics AND take home exciting souvenirs with fun, hands-on, theme-based activities! Science comes alive as we investigate rocks and minerals, flight and weather; explore math through learning about money, geometry and shapes; and "travel" to destinations such as China, Ancient Egypt, Italy, Washington DC and Australia. Improve reading skills with our hands-on reading games involving the animal kingdom, ocean creatures and much more! Monday afternoons

[Chess Ed]
Age 6-12
This magical and exciting "sport of the mind" will exercise your child's brain! Instruction includes the basics, and then moves into tactics and strategy, opening theory, middle game planning and endgame combinations. This program teaches chess, but also builds life skills. A U.S. Chess Federation-certified instructor leads the class. Monday afternoons

[Play-Well Tek-Nologies]
Age 5-7
Let your imagination run wild with tens of thousands of LEGO parts! Build engineer-designed projects and use special pieces to create your own unique designs. Projects are rotated seasonally to ensure that both new and returning students can explore the endless creative possibilities of the LEGO building system. Tuesday afternoons

[Play-Well Tek-Nologies]
Age 7-12
Master your engineering skills with Play-Well TEKnologies and tens of thousands of LEGO® parts! Apply real-world concepts in physics, engineering, and architecture through engineer-designed projects. Projects are rotated seasonally to ensure that even returning students get a new experience, so join us to design and build as never before, and explore your craziest ideas! Thursday afternoons

Dog Training

Age 18 & up
Help your puppy learn to become responsible for his own actions. Your pup will learn the basics: sit, down, stay, come, leave it, get started on leash walking, socialization and learn other helpful skills. For puppies 8 weeks to 5 months of age. No class: September 17 & 24 and October 1. Saturday mornings

Age 18 & up
Help your adult dog learn to become responsible for his own actions. Your dog will learn the basics: sit, down, stay, come, leave it, get started on leash walking, and other helpful skills. Please contact instructor Sally Bushwaller at sally@bushwaller.com so she can determine if this class is a good fit for you and your dog. No class: September 20. Tuesday evenings

Age 18 & up
Let your dog do what they are genetically programmed to do--search for, and find, scent. Nose Work builds confidence, teaches creative problem solving, and provides mental exercise. Build your relationship with your dog while having fun doing something your dog will love! Dogs are crated when not working, therefore dogs who don't love other dogs will enjoy this class. No class: September 17, 20 & 24 and October 1. Tuesday nights or Saturday mornings

Age 18 & up
In this advanced class, we work on complex hides including interior, vehicle, exterior and container searches. Dogs must be crated or behind a barrier when not working in class. Please bring your own crate. If you are interested in this class but have not taken Intro to Nose Work, please contact Sally at sally@bushwaller.com. No class: September 22. Thursday evenings


Age 18 & up
This advanced class works on improving your dog's stay, recall and leash walking skills. Your dog must have attended Perfect Puppy or Fresh Start Beginner prior to attending this class. Bring a dog bed to class each week. No class: September 17 & 24 and October 1. Saturday mornings
