* At this time, mitigations continue to impact audience size and facility capacities. Tickets are available in three seated section groups. Each group accommodates 50 audience members.

Due to social distancing and spacing requirements for each house, reserved seating is not available this year.

It's time to celebrate our skaters hard work and showcase their uplifting creativity back on the ice!

Freestyle skaters are welcome to join us for our Spring Ice Show.

Day-of Information (Dress Rehearsal and Shows)

Dress Rehearsal - Wed May 12 5-7pm

Skaters Arrive: between 4-4:45pm

* Parents should drop off in the front circle drive or front entrance

* Skaters should arrive in costume and make-up/hair done

* Masks are required at all times indoors, including on the ice

* Skaters will be assigned a locker room (limited capacity to 6 skaters) staffed by a CIR instructor - no parents or siblings are permitted in the dressing rooms

* A photographer will be on site for pre-ordered individual or group photos (forms will be provided)

Skater Pick-up: 7pm at the front circle drive or front entrance

Friday's Show - Fri May 14 7-9pm (Audience Doors Open: 6:40pm)

Skaters Arrive: 6pm

* Parents should drop off in the front circle drive or front entrance

* Skaters should arrive in costume and make-up/hair done

* Masks are required at all times indoors, including on the ice

* Skaters will be assigned a locker room (limited capacity to 6 skaters) staffed by an ice instructor - no parents or siblings are permitted in the dressing rooms

* Performers will have the studio rink to warm-up prior-to and during the show

* Post-Show: Skaters will return to their locker room to gather belongings and exit out the front entrance to meet family members

Saturday's Show - Sat May 15 10am-12pm (Audience Doors Open: 9:40am)

* Skaters Arrive: 9am

* Parents should drop off in the front circle drive or front entrance

* Skaters should arrive in costume and make-up/hair done

* Skaters will be assigned a locker room (limited capacity to 6 skaters) staffed by an ice instructor - no parents or siblings are permitted in the dressing rooms

* Performers will have the studio rink to warm-up prior-to and during the show

* Post-Show: Skaters will exit out the front entrance to meet family members and/or head to the post-show event area to pick-up their pre-ordered lunch

Spring Session Rehearsals

* Registration includes three to six weekly rehearsals, two shows and dress rehearsal.
* Freestyle classes include regular class skill instruction, in addition to show rehearsal.
* The class session will end following the show.
* It is very important that skaters attend all scheduled group rehearsals.
* Absences should be communicated to Natalie Liang at nliang@wilpark.org.

Group photos will be scheduled during dress rehearsal.
Dress rehearsal is mandatory for all skaters on Wednesday, May 12. A schedule will be available as we approach show dates.

Skater Bio & Digital Program

* Our ice show program has gone mobile and digital this year! Spectators, friends, and family may view and browse while in the audience or from home.
* All skaters may submit a bio to be included in our digital show program flipbook.

Costumes

* We have every intent for our show to go on but given uncertainty with mitigations, costumes will not be provided for group numbers this year and costume fees are not included in registration.
* Skaters in group numbers have the opportunity to be creative with their peers and choreographers, to select and plan for group costume items provided by each skater.

Additionally, soloists, duets, and trios may provide their own costumes.

Videography and Photography

* Group photos will be scheduled during dress rehearsal.
* Individual and group photo package options are optional and may be pre-purchased.
* More information on photo package options will be available soon.

* The show will be recorded on Friday, May 14. Skaters will have the option to purchase the video at an additional charge through the videographer website.

*All purchases include a digital download and a DVD to watch on your tv, computer, phone or other devices.

*the DVD will be mailed to your home and a download link will be emailed to you.

Post-Show Lunch

* Skaters performing in the show will be provided a meal box on us from The Fat Shallot following Saturday's show to celebrate their accomplishments!

* Spectators may pre-order lunch from The Fat Shallot for pick-up following Saturday's show.

* Weather permitting, we are planning to have outdoor space for families to take photos, enjoy a meal or snack, and enjoy the success of a great skating season and show!
