PARTIES

The Wilmette Park District offers themed parties at the Community Recreation Center and Centennial Recreation Complex. Please review the various options below, and click through the party-specific tabs below for further details.

• Art Parties

  Plan your art party on the following days and times:

  Saturdays & Sundays

  • 1-3 p.m. (art from 1-2 p.m.)
  • 2-4 p.m. (art from 2-3 p.m.)
  • 3-5 p.m. (art from 3-4 p.m.)

  Art Party Details:

  All Packages Price includes the party room and art room rental, setup, instruction, art supplies 2-Hour Party 1 hour of instructor-led art project 1 hour Package 1: ANIMAL MASHUP Create your favorite animal using feathers, scales, tissue paper and other fun materials! Kids will mix and match heads and tails and walk out with their own unique member of the animal kingdom! • Dance Parties

• Gymnastics Parties

  Parties will include 60 minutes in the gymnastics center. Gym time will include gymnastics skill instruction, obstacle courses, pit and trampoline time! Parties will also include 30 minutes in the party room to serve food, open gifts, play game s or give out goody bags.

  Saturdays and Sundays at 3, 4 and 5 p.m. for age 4 and up!

  All Packages 1.5 Hour Party R-$294 / NR-$315 60 minutes of Gymnastics 30 minutes in the Party Room Package 1: AGE 4-6 Up to 14 participants (+$79 for 15-21 participants) Package 2: AGE 7-15 Up to 18 participants (+$79 for 19-27 participants)	Party Location 3000 Glenview Rd., Wilmette IL, 60091 Please check in at front desk upon arrival Party Schedule & Logistics Supervising parents of the birthday party child have access to the party room to set up decorations 30 minutes prior to the start of the party. We encourage attendees to be dropped off 15 minutes in advance of the party, in the party room. At the beginning of the party, gymnastics coaches will come to the party room to escort the party attendees to the gym.	Payment Information Full payment for the party is due upon reservation. Final party numbers must be confirmed and any necessary additional payment made by the Wednesday before the party, or the party will be canceled with no refund. Your signed party contract must be received before the party. Send your completed contract to gymnasticsparty@wilpark.org. Cancellation requests received up to 14 days prior to the party date are eligible to receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation request made within 14 days of the party date are not eligible for a refund.

• Sports Parties

  Score big this year with a sports birthday party catered to your athlete! We provide the equipment and staff, you provide the sportsters!

  Sports Party Details:

• Pool Parties

  Pool Party Details:

  Catch-A-Wave Party Up to 15 guests ($25 for each additional person) Price includes Admission to the public swim session 2 hours at a concession cabana Food for guests Table coverings	Party Location 2300 Old Glenview Rd., Wilmette IL, 60091 Please check in with the admission staff upon arrival Items Provided by the Host Birthday treat (if applicable) Decorations/party favors We Supply Food choice of Pizza/Hot Dog + Chips + Drink for each guest Canopy, tables, seating for 24 Tablecloths Outside Food and Drinks are Prohibited	Swimming Each guest is entitled to one daily admission to the coinciding public swim session and may stay to swim after the party has ended (with adult supervision). Parties are an open-swim format. Cabana Hosts will have access to the concession cabana for 2 hours and may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to start time for setup.

• Ice Parties

  Plan your ice party by choosing from the below options:

  Combine a skating rink with a party room rental to create your own fun birthday party experience!

  • RENT A RINK: Rent the studio or main rink for casual skating, broomball or hockey
    • Studio: $190/hr
    • Main: $390/hr
  • ADD A PARTY ROOM: Select one of our meeting rooms, for $35/hour with your rink rental
    • Lower Level Room: Located in the lower level of Centennial Ice Rinks with ample outlets, tables and chairs. It accommodates up to 75 people.
    • Mezzanine Level Room: Located adjacent to the Ice Rink Office, it features easy access to both the main and studio rinks. This room can accommodate up to 40 people.
    • Upper Level Room: Located near the Wilmette Tennis Club, it is equipped with a sink and full-size refrigerator. It is perfect for smaller groups of no more than 20 people.
  • REMEMBER THE ICE SKATES: Ice skate rentals are available for the discounted rate of $3.75 per pair.
