Virtual Strength Training
Get stronger, leaner, and healthier! In addition to gentle stretching, we do resistance work using hand weights, resistance tubing and your own body weight. This class is lead virtually by instructor Nancy Kwo.
Virtual Tai Chi
Learn a basic form of Tai Chi and other techniques designed to energize the body, reduce and manage stress, and improve balance, coordination and flexibility. Regular practice of this system of movements can facilitate harmonious energy flow throughout the body, enhancing physical and emotional well-being. This class is led by instructor Evelyn Thompson.
Join us for a series of exercises, based on Joseph Pilates' principles, designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles of your core, known as the "Powerhouse." This class is done on the floor. so please bring your mat.
New Virtual Guided Meditation Class
Meditation practices calming of the mind and body while letting go of negative thoughts and tension. Our instructor will help facilitate the practice of meditation by guiding your focus during class. Benefits from meditation may include reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep and attention span. Meditation lead virtually by Nancy Kwo.
Virtual Rules of the Road Review Course
The Rules of the Road Review Course is designed to give drivers - especially senior citizens and persons with disabilities - the knowledge and confidence needed to renew or obtain a driver's license.
