GIRLS COACH PITCH SOFTBALL
Age 5-8
This program features a weekly 45-minute practice, followed by a 45-minute game. Participants learn the basics of softball in a fun environment that allows them to develop skills during practice then implement them during the game. Coaches' pitch during games with more emphasis placed on how to field, hit, run the bases, and the basic rules of the game. Teams will be formed based on school. An 11-inch "softie" softball will be used. Parents interested in becoming volunteer coaches may email anna@hotshots4kids.com. A glove and helmet are required equipment, bat is recommended. GIRLS' SPRING SOFTBALL LEAGUE
Grades 3-8
Games will be played on Wednesday and Saturdays at Howard Park or surrounding communities. Practice days and times are selected by the coach. Teams will be formed based on school and friend requests. The program depends on parents to volunteer for coaching duties. Those interested may email anna@hotshots4kids.com. All players will receive a team jersey and pants. Registration deadline is March 20. Practices begin April 12 and games begin April 15. A glove and helmet are required equipment, bat is recommended. No class: May 27. Wednesdays & Saturdays

IBA SPRING MINOR LEAGUE (T-Ball)
Age 3-4
Minor League players gain confidence, improve coordination, and appreciate the joys of teamwork and sportsmanship. Weekly sessions include a variety of age-appropriate drills and game play. IBA coaches ensure players learn the game, get repetitions, and always stay positive on the field!
For players to receive the optimal experience, total enrollment will be capped. We will do our best to accommodate all those on the waitlist. IBA SPRING MAJOR LEAGUE (Coach-Pitch)
Age 5-6
For Kindergarteners or players with one year of t-ball experience, this league represents the next step in the progression of IBA programs. Each week, players participate in the appropriate balance of skill development and coach-pitch games. IBA coaches ensure all players learn positions, play with outs, and experience baseball at the next level.

WBA INTRO TO BASEBALL
Age 5-6 & 6-7
Wilmette Baseball Association Introduction to Baseball League is focused on learning FUNdamentals of baseball. Objectives are to improve basic skills (throwing, catching, batting and base running) to develop an atmosphere of fun while learning the game. One-Hour practices are held once a week on Saturdays or Sundays each week at the discretion of the coaches. Each team will play 6 games during the season. Games are played once a week Monday-Friday evenings at 6 pm. Games will be scheduled at Central or McKenzie School. At least one game will be held at historic Roemer Park. Each player will receive a hat and jersey. White pants and a baseball mitt must be provided by the player. Monday-Sunday evenings
