PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
Spend 30 minutes with an instructor one-on-one or in a semi-private with up to 3 participants. Private and Semi-Private Lessons are offered when pool space and an instructor is available. Our lessons are the perfect option for:
  • Siblings or friends of similar ability level who want to learn together
  • Adults and kids looking to increase skills and comfort in the water
  • Students who would benefit from individual attention, whether you're a new/anxious swimmer, advanced competitive swimmer or a swimmer with special needs

PRIVATE LESSONS

  • 30-Minute Sessions: rates vary based on instructor
  • Private Lessons are 1:1 student to instructor
  • Semi-private lessons are 1:2 students to instructor
  • Lessons are subject to ice and instructor availability - space may be limited

Aquatic Fitness

NEW! FLUID RUNNING® VIRTUAL GROUP
Fluid Running® is a deep water fitness class that provides all the benefits of running on land, without any impact. It's a phenomenal full body workout! The benefits include:

  • Burns up to 40% more calories than running on land
  • You don't need to be a runner
  • Strengthens legs, core and arms
  • Improves cardiovascular fitness
  • Zero impact
  • It's enjoyable!

These high-energy, music-backed, workouts are broadcast via speaker, and are supported by a Certified Fluid Running Facilitator, to make sure everyone gets the most out of their workout. Participants should be comfortable in the deep water and capable of swimming from the middle of the pool to the wall. Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m., Thursdays at 6:45 a.m. & Sundays at 7:30 a.m.
